Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SaldoHoje (saldohoje.com.br) collects, uses, shares and protects information about the people who visit the site, which companies are involved, how long information is kept and what choices you have, including how to turn off personalized ads.

1. Who we are

SaldoHoje is operated by TRC ADS, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming Company No. 2026-001995276), 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Ste 210, Office 8699, Orlando, FL 32819, United States ("we", "us" or "our"). TRC ADS, LLC is responsible for the personal data processed through this website (the "controller" under laws such as the GDPR).

You can reach us at [email protected] or by mail at the address above.

2. Information we collect

Technical data sent by your browser. Every time you open a page, your browser sends our servers your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, the page you came from and your browser's user agent (browser, version and operating system). Our web server and our content delivery network record this in access logs.

How you use the site. Our own measurement scripts record page views, clicks, scrolling, the ad spaces that were shown, the device type and the campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example utm_source or utm_campaign), linked to a random visit identifier. We use this to understand which pages and campaigns work and to keep the site free. We do not use it to identify you by name.

Cookies and similar technologies. Small files or identifiers stored in your browser by us and by our partners. They are described in section 4 and, in detail, in our Cookie Policy.

Information you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it and the content of your message. If you choose to receive push notifications, our push provider receives the technical subscription your browser creates.

SaldoHoje has no user accounts, comments or payments, and we do not ask for sensitive information such as health or financial account data. We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Advertising: Google and our advertising partners

SaldoHoje is free to read because it shows ads. The ads are served by Google through Google Ad Manager and AdSense, and our ad setup is managed by our advertising partner ActiveView Inc. (ActiveView privacy policy). Some pages offer optional content that unlocks after an ad is shown; the same partners serve those ads. When an ad is shown, these companies may receive your IP address, the address of the page you are viewing and your browser details, and they may set or read cookies and similar identifiers to deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure performance and detect fraud.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to SaldoHoje or to other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to SaldoHoje and/or other sites on the internet.

Other advertisers and ad networks that buy ad space through Google's platform may also show ads here and may use their own cookies for the same purposes. You can opt out of many of them with the tools listed below.

Google explains what it receives from sites like ours on its page How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services: the information your browser sends when you visit a site with Google ads (such as the page address and your IP address), what Google uses it for (delivering and measuring ads, preventing fraud and, depending on your settings, personalizing ads) and the controls you have. More details are in the Google Privacy Policy.

How to turn off personalized ads

  • My Ad Center (Google): see the information Google uses to show you ads, turn ad personalization off, and block or report specific advertisers. With personalization off you still see ads, but they are no longer based on your interests or browsing history, only on things like the page you are reading or your general location.
  • Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out and Your Online Choices (EDAA): opt out of personalized advertising from many participating ad companies at once.
  • Your browser: block or delete cookies, or use a private window. Our Cookie Policy explains how.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Google shows you personalized ads only with your consent; without it, Google serves non-personalized or limited ads.

5. Other service providers

  • Google Ads and Google Tag Manager (Google LLC): tags that tell us whether a visit that came from one of our own Google ads reached a page or viewed content, so we can measure our campaigns.
  • Crazy Egg, Inc.: heatmaps and recordings of how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement), without the content of form fields. Crazy Egg Privacy Policy.
  • Pushnews: delivers browser push notifications, only to visitors who click Allow in the browser prompt.
  • Our own measurement platform: the scripts served from ga.mailmkt.com.br, scripts.mailmkt.com.br and mailmkt.com.br are run by us and store the usage data described in section 2 on servers we control.
  • Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery and security network that protects the site and delivers its pages.
  • Contabo GmbH (Germany): hosting provider whose servers store the website and the server access logs on our behalf.

If we add a service that collects personal data, we will list it here and in the Cookie Policy before it starts collecting data.

6. When we share information

We share information only with the providers described above, when the law requires it (for example, in response to a valid legal request), to protect our rights and the safety of others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply. We do not sell personal information for money. Under some U.S. state laws, letting advertising partners use cookies for personalized ads may count as "selling" or "sharing" for targeted advertising; you can opt out as explained in section 4 and on our Your Privacy Rights page.

7. How long we keep information

  • Server access logs: kept for up to 30 days, then deleted.
  • Usage data from our own measurement scripts: kept for up to 13 months, then deleted or kept only as aggregated statistics that no longer relate to a visit identifier.
  • Emails you send us: kept for as long as needed to answer you and for up to 12 months afterwards, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
  • Push subscription: kept until you unsubscribe or block notifications in your browser.
  • Session storage: deleted when you close the browser tab.
  • Advertising cookies: Google's advertising cookies last up to 13 months in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK and up to 24 months elsewhere (see How Google uses cookies). Google ad measurement cookies last up to 90 days. Crazy Egg cookies last up to 12 months.

8. International transfers

TRC ADS, LLC is based in the United States, our website servers are in Germany, and Google and our other partners process data in the United States and in other countries. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from the laws where you live. Where the law requires it, transfers of personal data from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland rely on recognized safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it or receive a copy, to object to or restrict certain processing, to opt out of targeted advertising and to withdraw your consent at any time. Our Your Privacy Rights page explains these rights by region and how to use them. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children's privacy

SaldoHoje is written for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and the UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

SaldoHoje is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, access to our servers is restricted to authorized people, and we keep our software up to date. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices or the services we use change, and we change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will highlight it on this page.
